1. Introduction & Acceptance

By accessing or using the Flifto platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Nature of Platform & Role

Flifto operates as an online marketplace intermediary connecting customers with independent neighborhood grocery stores ("Merchant Partners") and independent delivery drivers ("Delivery Partners"). Flifto facilitates ordering, single QR-code verified pickups, and digital payment settlements.

3. Informational Website Presentation

All product catalogs, images, and prices presented on the public website are for informational and illustrative purposes only. Actual live ordering, real-time store inventory reservation, and payment processing are completed securely through the Flifto Mobile App.

4. User Account & Security

Users must provide an accurate 10-digit mobile number for One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your session.

5. Pricing & Multi-Store Orders

Prices for items are set by participating merchant stores. In a multi-vendor order, items are picked up across multiple selected stores and bundled into a single delivery trip for customer convenience.

6. Limitation of Liability

Flifto strives to ensure top-quality service but shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from store inventory shortages, weather delays, or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
